• The cost of delivery depends on the selected delivery method and destination. Current shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process, before its final approval. For orders exceeding 99€ , delivery within Europe is free.

Shipping Methods:

• Courier: Orders are delivered by reputable courier companies such as InPost, DHL, UPS, DPD. Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the moment of shipment.

• Parcel Lockers: Possibility to collect the order at a selected parcel locker InPost, DPD Pickup, Orlen Paczka. Parcels are usually available for collection within 3-5 business days from the moment of shipment.

Order Processing Time:

Standard order processing time is from 3 to 5 business days, counted from the moment the payment is credited to our account. In the case of products made to order or requiring personalization, the order processing time may be longer. Information about longer processing times will be provided to the customer when placing the order.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to every Country in Europe. The cost and delivery time depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Before placing the order, the user will be informed of the exact cost and delivery time.
The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes that may be charged by the relevant customs authorities in the destination country.

During the launch periods of new devices or high-demand products, the order processing and delivery times may be significantly extended due to increased demand and limited product availability.

•  Extended Delivery Time Notification: When placing an order, if extended delivery times apply, the customer will be informed of this on the cart page. Details about the expected processing time will be clearly indicated before the purchase is finalized.

•  Order Status Updates: The customer will also be notified by email regarding the status of their order, including any potential delays in delivery. We will continuously update information to ensure transparency throughout the order fulfillment process.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges Terms

1. Right to withdraw from the contract:

•  The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving a reason. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must send a statement of withdrawal by e-mail to leonard@quintselection.com

•  The product must be returned in an intact, unused condition and in its original packaging. The customer bears the cost of return, unless otherwise agreed.

2.Complaints:

•  In the event of defects in the goods, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 90 days from the date of purchase. The complaint should include a description of the defect and proof of purchase invoice.

• Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address: leonard@qunitselection.com. After receiving the complaint, we will inform the customer about the further procedure.
